Alison is a seasoned Holistic therapist who is born and bred in St Albans. She offers many types of treatments from Swedish massage, Indian Head massage to Reflexology. She can incorporate hot stones or crystals into either of these treatments to make you feel fully relaxed and ease the stresses and strains of life along with deeper tissue methods to tackle those stubborn knots. She can also provide some much needed relaxation to pregnant mums with massage or reflexology treatments as well as the pre and post care packages alongside your pregnancy. As a Reiki Practitioner, her healing hands assist in giving you an all round relaxing experience.
